About
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel vulnerable and overwhelming — and it takes courage. You don’t have to take that step alone. I will be here with you.
Clients often describe me as compassionate, encouraging, and deeply attuned. I meet you right where you are, gently inviting new perspectives while fostering curiosity, reflection, and discovery. I believe you are inherently valuable and worthy, and it is an honor to witness your story — your hurts, grief, pain, resilience, and triumphs.
How I can Help
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed psychodynamic and attachment-based perspective. I understand that many of the patterns we carry into adulthood were formed in our earliest relationships. These early experiences shape how we connect, protect ourselves, and experience intimacy. Together, we explore these relational patterns with compassion rather than shame, helping you develop insight into behaviors and dynamics that may no longer serve you. Through this process, you can begin to form more secure, emotionally healthy relationships with others and with yourself.
Grief is a deeply personal and sacred process, and it often unfolds in ways that feel confusing or isolating. Whether you are mourning the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or the life you once imagined, I provide a space where your grief can be expressed and honored. I do not believe grief has a timeline. Together, we create room for the many emotions that accompany loss while helping you integrate your grief into your story in a meaningful and compassionate way.
I also work with individuals healing from betrayal trauma. Experiences such as infidelity or relational betrayal can deeply disrupt a person’s sense of safety, trust, and identity. These experiences often activate attachment wounds and can lead to anxiety, hypervigilance, anger, or deep sadness. In our work together, we focus on restoring a sense of stability and self-trust while helping you reclaim your voice, strengthen boundaries, and rediscover your worth.
By tending to the mind, soul, and spirit, I help clients understand and make sense of their story, find healing, and experience life more fully.
