About

I am interested in your story – what you have experienced in the past, your current understanding of yourself, and your hopes for the future. I believe that the journey to healing starts from being fully known and fully loved for who you are. This is why I am dedicated to creating a space for you where you can be yourself freely without judgment with a person who understands, sees, and cares about you. My therapy approach is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-based. This looks like working together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your concerns, adopt realistic skills to improve your emotional well-being, and take steps toward healing.

As a ministry leader, I also understand how important it is to have a safe space to process the emotional, spiritual, and relational complexities of church and faith. I am passionate about helping people integrate their experiences in life with their relationship with God.

I am also certified in Prepare-Enrich and Gottman Level 1 for pre-marital and married couples who are seeking to build a good foundation, work through difficult life transitions, or just feel incredibly stuck in their relationship.

What I Do in My Free Time

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, indoor cycling, cooking, and spending time with my pups.
