About

Hello! I am Christina, a Marriage and Family therapist trainee. For me, therapy is about meeting you right where you are, regardless of how messy life seems. Together, we’ll identify where you get stuck and create a new path forward.

In our sessions, you’ll find me attentive, disarming, and inquisitive. We’ll collaborate on what you want to achieve in therapy and figure out what prevents you from moving forward. We’ll find ways to provide immediate relief and hope while exploring the root causes of these issues. With couples, I understand that the same old issues can resurface, and I will help you discover new ways of being together to overcome these stalemates and grow closer.

One other area I am passionate about is family businesses. I desire to help generational transitions while maintaining close relationships. While this can often be a difficult area to navigate, there is hope for a smooth transition.

In therapy, I enjoy integrating spirituality for a more holistic approach. My background as a spiritual director gives me a deep understanding of how we are formed. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out so we can connect.

What I Do in My Free Time

On the weekends, my time is spent painting, checking out new restaurants, and walking. My favorite moments are having great conversations with close friends and family.
