How I help
Approaching our sessions with an open mind and genuine curiosity, we will collaboratively craft a narrative to navigate the obstacles you're encountering.
During the different stages of our lives, our relationships, and our family life cycle, we can get stuck in certain places. As your therapist, we would work together to help you find what you need so that you can move through these stuck places, experience healthier relationships, find hope, and be free from destructive behaviors.
I am a second-generation Asian-American raised in Southern California. I understand the issues that can come up from the merging of different cultures. I also understand the complexities of interracial relationships and marriage.

What I Do in My Free Time
I love walking our local nature trail, cooking, listening to music, and playing volleyball. On the weekends, I enjoy trying new restaurants and spending time with my family and kids.
