About

I respect how your background, beliefs, and experiences influence your perceptions of yourself and others. Therefore, I strive to create a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment that allows you to address your multifaceted internal and interpersonal challenges. I believe that profound healing comes from being fully known and that the safety provided in our therapeutic relationship can be used to positively impact your personal relationships. If you are interested, I am also passionate about incorporating Christian faith into your healing work.

I have a heart for individuals trying to find clarity amidst the aftermath of trauma, abuse, and attachment wounds. My approach is psychodynamic with incorporations of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and other modalities that best fit your needs. Therapy with me is collaborative as we will work together to incorporate holistic - spirit, mind, and body - healing. Through thoughtful reflection, I will help you understand how your story shapes you and gently challenge you toward the growth you desire.

My hope is that, through counseling with me, you will learn to value all the parts of yourself that make you who you are and experience restoration in your significant relationships as a result. I know from personal experience the courage it takes to start counseling and face suffering, perhaps for the first time. I honor your courage and consider it a privilege to come alongside you in your commendable quest to heal and grow.

What I Do in My Free Time
