About

I have a passion for helping people become all that they are meant to be. My life journey has taught me about healthy emotional processes, and I enjoy guiding others through similar healing. Therapy with me usually begins with setting the context: we will discuss your life story up to this point to understand who you are and where you’re going. My clients describe me as calm, gentle, and discerning. I like to explore through questions that open up new perspectives and provoke thought, all while building trust and safety.

I draw from several frameworks in my practice, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems. With a background in church work, I am also comfortable incorporating faith or spirituality into therapy if desired. I love Jesus and find His teachings to be profoundly insightful.

What I Do in My Free Time

In my free time, I enjoy surfing, playing board games, leading worship, and drinking coffee!
